WBBL Pre-season tour squad of Hurricanes released

WBBL Pre-Season touring squad of Hobart Hurricanes has been released. The matches will be played in Wollongong and Blacktown this week. The squad will be led by Sasha Moloney (the newly appointed Hurricanes skipper) and will face the ICC Women's World Development XI for three matches, the Sydney Sixers and a Sydney Thunder - ICC combined side on Thursday 22 & Friday 23 November.



Alex Hartley, who isn't contracted to the Hurricanes for this season of the WBBL, will take part in these matches when regular internatonals Heather Knight and Hayley Matthews on the national duty in the Windies for the World T20.



These matches will help the teams to prepare for the upcoming WBBL Season which will kickstart from December 1 in Melbourne.
