Sutthiruang helped Thailand win their second by 57 runs

In their 20 overs Thailand posted 124 for 7 wickets as Chanida Sutthiruang scored 35. Nepal's Nary Thapa picked up 2 for 15 runs. Nepal struggled throughout their chase with 62 runs needed off the last over. Eventually Nepal fell short of the target by 57 runs to spare. Sutthiruang also picked up 1 wicket to claim the player of the match.

UAE tops the point table

Batting first, UAE scored 125 with contributions from Kavisha Egodage(44) and Chamani Seneviratna(33). Winifred Duraisingam of Malaysia was the leading wicket-taker for her side with 2 wickets. UAE's Seneviratna(3/5) and Esha Oza(3/0), knocked Malaysia out for 39. UAE moved up the charts after the win by a mammoth 86 runs. Seneviratna was awarded her second Player of the match.

China win to Kuwait by 9 wickets 

Asked to bat first, Kuwait made a total of 59 with Siobhan Gomez being the only batter in double-digit scores because of the superb bowling efforts by L Jie (2/8), LI Haoye (2/10) and Han Lili (2/12) of China. Zhang Chan’s 24 off 35 balls helped China chase down the total with ease and beat Kuwait by 9 wickets with 51 balls remaining.
