Hong Kong sealed the match with one ball to spare

Asked to bat first, Malaysia put up a score of 85. Christina Baret and Mas Elysa made a stand of 49 with the contribution of 21 and 19 respectively. Kary Chan picked up 3 wickets for the 11 runs. Hong Kong lost two wickets for two, as Yasmin Daswani and Kary Chan held the team to build a 64 runs partnership. With 4 runs required for one over, Hong Kong won by 5 wickets with one ball to spare.

Chhetry’s hattrick wins the match for Nepal

With the joint batting efforts of Bindu Rawal (28) and Rubina Chhetry (22), Nepal scored 116. In the second innings, Chhetry picked up a hattrick in the last over as Kuwait failed to score the target. Maryam Omar was the leading run-getter at 29.

Thailand tops the chart with their sixth consecutive win

Nattakan Chantam’s 35 powered Thailand to a score 106 for 8 while Shubha Venkataraman of UAE picked up 3 wickets. They couldn’t chase down the total as Thailand knocked out UAE with joint bowling efforts. Thailand has won the tournament after topping the charts.
