Mumbai put up a match-winning performance against Vidarbha to record a 47 runs win on the third day of the inter-state Under-23 Twenty20 Championship Super League on Thursday (January 31). M D Sonawane was the top bowler with 4 wickets to her name which led to Vidarbha’s tumble.

Choosing to field first, Railways restricted Jharkhand to 104. Bharti Bawa picked up 2 wickets with the economy of 4.35. Also, the Railways skipper Nuzhat Parween scored an unbeaten 39 off 49, which included 4 fours that helped them cross the line.

Gujarat's strong bowling show followed by Hani Patel's 36 off 40 balls gave them a 5 wicket win over Baroda, who were dismissed for 62. P A Talpada from Gujarat was the pick of bowlers taking 3 wickets.

Bengal won by 28 runs against Punjab. Bengal Captain, Tanushree Sarkar scored 37 runs to help her team win. Punjab also had positives such as Sunita Rani whose 4 wickets went in vain.
