Both India's ODI series against Sri Lanka and South Africa's against West Indies have ended. Following their conclusion, there have been several updates in theICC Players Women's ODI Player Rankings.

India won their series 2-1, with India's captain Mithali Raj finding her name in the Top 3 of the batters rankings. Her scores of 52 and 125* translated to her moving up four spots to number occupy the third place, behind Australia's Ellyse Perry and Meg Lanning. Her counterpart, Sri Lanka's captain Chamari Atapattu, who had scored a century of her own in reply to Raj's, went up 11 spots to secure a place for herself in the Top 10, reaching her career-high of 628 points.

Smriti Mandhana, who registered scores of 73* and 51 in the first and last ODI's respectively, retained her place at number four. However, Raj's deputy Harmeenpreet Kaur, after having a disappointing series where she could only manage to accumulate 24 runs, dropped down four spots to find herself at number 17.

Over in the Caribbean, Deandra Dottin, Marizanne Kapp and Dane van Niekerk all made significant gains.

The series ended in a 1-1 draw, with West Indies winning the last ODI by 115 runs. Hayley Matthews' maiden century certainly contributed to the win, however, she moved up just one spot to the 26th place. Her century also helped her reach a career-high of 493 points. Dottin, whose brisk half-century and four-fer played an important role in the win as well, moved up in all the tables. In the batting charts, she moved up three spots to number 21. She gained 10 places to reach number 38 in the bowlers' rankings, with a career-high of 380 points, joint with England's Natalie Sciver and jumped up six spots to be number nine in the all-rounders' list.

For South Africa, Kapp's series tally of eight wickets helped her join Australia's Jess Jonassen and Megan Schutt in the Top 3 ranked bowlers, one spot above her previous position. Her skipper van Niekerk, who finished as the series highest run scorer with figures of 46*, 53 and 77, went up three spots to number 12, earning career-high points, 601. Another player to go up in the rankings was Sune Luus who was the Player of the Match in South Africa's win. Her knock of 58 helped her move up six places to number 40. Their opener Lizelle Lee, however, had low returns in the series and dropped four places to number six.
