Schedule for India tour of Sri Lanka announced

India will be touring Sri Lanka for 3 ODIs and 5 T20Is from September 11 to 25. The 3 ODIs will be a part of the ICC Women’s Championship (2017-2020). The 5 T20Is will help both the teams to prepare for the upcoming World Cup later this year.



Both the team have played two ICC Women’s Championship series. India is currently at the 6th position in the points table. They won their first series against South Africa by 2-1 but lost to Australia by 3-0. While Sri Lanka is in the 8th position after having lost to West Indies and Pakistan by 3-0.
