We, Breaking Boundaries Private Limited (“Company”, “Us”, “We”, “Our”) are the owners of a proprietary mobile application of the Company, namely “Women’s CricZone”, along with the website https://www.womenscriczone.com/ together referred to as (“Platform”). The features offered by us are with respect to women’s cricket through the content available on our Platform (“Features”).



We respect data privacy rights and are committed to protecting personal information collected on the Platform. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth how we collect, use and protect the personal information collected on the Platform. Access to the Platform is subject to Terms of Use available on the Platform, capitalized terms used and not defined in this Privacy Policy, shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

As per the provisions of the GDPR, we shall be considered the Controllers of the aforementioned Personal Information.



Adwords: We use Google Adwords as a marketing tool to allow the members of the public to reach out to us through our Platform. We also collect and store information when you, in order to interact with us, click on our advertisement which is displayed on a Google search page and subsequently get directed to our Platform.



Website and Social media accounts- We may also collect, store and use your Personal Information when you (1) access or provide your Personal Information on our social networking handles operated by us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and/or any other social media platform (2) share our blogs through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram YouTube, LinkedIn and/or any other social media platform and (3) comment/ provide feedback/testimonials on such social networking handles.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track user traffic patterns and hold certain registration information. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our service. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting Personal Information from our servers.   1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY




To the extent permissible under the law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, information, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising out of this Privacy Policy.



  1. GOVERNING LAWS AND DISPUTES




This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed by the laws of India without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any dispute arising, between you and us shall be submitted to arbitration to be conducted in Pune, India in English language, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996, and the rules thereto by a sole arbitrator, who shall be appointed by us and the award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on you and us. Subject to the arbitration provisions, you agree that the courts in Pune, India shall have an exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.



For any EU residents, this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the provisions of the GDPR.
