A handy top-order batter in T20s who is capable to chip the ball to the boundaries, Luus a credible striker and an impact player.
She became a reliable all-rounder for the team when she struck with both bat and ball drafting a half-century and picking 6 wickets, a record by itself. In addition, she is the 2nd player in international cricket to do so after Heather Knight.
She has that ability to quickly adapt to match situations and stabilize an inning. Moreover, the sweep and lofted shots over the square leg region are her strong areas.Her leg break accompanied with stump-to-stump bowling, has given successes to the mighty Proteas of late. With over 1000+ runs across all formats in the international matches and 107 wickets, she is the prime bowler in the future for the Proteas Women’s cricket team, who is currently shaping to become the full-time bowling option.
