IND vs AUS: Maiden ODI call-ups for Shreyanka, Mannat, Sadhu, Ishaque

Four uncapped players in the ODI squad in Shreyanka Patil, Titas Sadhu, Mannat Kashyap and Saika Ishaque

India have made as many as eight changes to the ODI squad that toured Bangladesh as they named the squads for the six-match limited over series against Australia that's scheduled to start from December 28. While the T20I squad remains unchanged from the one that played England in the recent home series, Shreyanka Patil, Mannat Kashyap, Saika Ishaque and Titas Sadhu have received their maiden call-ups to the 50-over format.

From the squad that toured Bangladesh, leg spinner Devika Vaidya, uncapped wicket-keeper Uma Chetry, opener Priya Punia have been omitted alongside pacers Meghna Singh, Anjali Sarvani, Monica Patel and left-arm spinners Rashi Kanojiya and Anusha Bareddy.

Karnataka and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) off-spinning allrounder Shreyanka had an impressive start to her international career when she made her T20I debut during the England series. Although India lost the series, 21-year-old Shreyanka picked up five wickets including a player of the match performance in the final T20I. 

Left-arm spinner Ishaque also made her debut during the same series to pick up five wickets. The 28-year-old was instrumental in Mumbai Indians winning the inuagural Women's Premier League (WPL) in March this year.

Fellow left-arm spinner Mannat is uncapped in international cricket even though she was part of the T20I squad against England. 20-year-old Mannat represented India at the Under-19 level when they won the inagural Under-19 World Cup in South Africa. She was also part of the side in the Emerging Teams Asia Cup. She was drafted into the squad after some imrpessive performances for Punjab and India A. 

Pace bowler Sadhu plays for Bengal in domestic cricket and Delhi Capitals in the WPL. Although, she hasn't made her ODI debut, she had a stellar start to her T20I career with a player of the match performance in the Asian Games gold match against Sri Lanka. She was also the player of the final in the Under-19 World Cup. She also impressed everyone during the Emerging Teams Asia Cup as well.
