India ODI skipper Mithali Raj struck a brilliant 122 and Punam Raut hit a brilliant 94 as Railways defeated Karnataka by whopping 191 runs to make it three wins in as many games in the ongoing Senior One-day Trophy on Saturday (February 22). Batting first, Railways piled up 266 for the loss of five wickets in 50 overs before bundling out Karnataka for just 76 in 39 overs. Preeti Bose took three wickets conceding 12 runs.

Meanwhile, in another match of the day, Latika Kumari (156 not out) and Bhakti Tamore (127 not out) destroyed the Arunachal bowlers as Pondicherry piled up a mammoth 316 without loss in 50 overs. In reply, Arunachal could only manage 105 for the loss of six wickets to give the opposition a 215-run victory.

At BKC in Mumbai, the hosts thumped Punjab by 194 runs to notch up their second win of the season. S Thakor picked up four wickets to bundle out the tourists for 47 after Mumbai posted 241 for seven.

In another Group B clash, Sushree Dibyadarshini's allround efforts helped Odisha defend a low score of 166 in Thane. She first top-scored with 31 before picking up three wickets for just nine runs to bowl Kerala out for 85.

Delhi 164 all out in 48 overs (Ayushi Soni 67) lost to Chhattisgarh 165/6 in 47.4 overs (Shivi Pandey 87*; Neha Chhillar 3/20) by four wickets.

Rajasthan 99 all out in 47.5 overs (SR Jat 22; Nikita Singh 3/18, Babita Mandlik 2/14, Priti Yadav 2/7) lost to Madhya Pradesh 101/2 in 32.2 overs (Tamanna Nigam 59*) by eight wickets.

Gujarat 142/7 in 50 overs (Krutikaben 37*; Bhogi Shravani 4/12) lost to Hyderabad 143/3 in 49.2 overs (Ramya 59*, Mamtha Kanojia 67) by seven wickets.
