Sophie Ecclestone has moved to fourth in the latest ICC Women’s T20I Rankings for bowlers, after the series saw her pick six wickets including a best of three of 21 in the first T20I. Along with her Amy Jones was also a gainer, thanks to England’s clean-sweep over Pakistan in the T20Is.

Ecclestone moved up three positions from seventh. She is the first England bowler to have a more than 700 rating points since Anya Shrubsole.

Jones, who was the player of the series, has jumped up 30 places to be 17th in the rankings for batters. She had scored 179 run in the series with two half-centuries. This is her career-best ranking after being on 38th in June this year.

Apart from the duo, Danielle Wyatt (moved up two places to 12th), Tammy Beaumont (up two places to 21st) and Heather Knight (up one place to 34th) were the other gainers in the batting chart, that has Suzie Bates at the top.

Among the bowlers, Natalie Sciver and Freya Davies are on 35th and 91st respectively – the latter having gained 35 places to be there.

Although Pakistan lost the series, Omaima Sohail has moved up five spots to be on 59th while Diana Baig, the seamer, has advanced 16 positions to 47th. The bowling rankings are lead by Megan Schutt.

On the team front, England are on second while Pakistan are seventh in the T20I Team rankings.
