Twelve matches were played on the second day of Senior India Women's One Day League across the country. Here is the round up:

Elite Group A and B

Goa vs Saurashtra

Goa won the toss and elected to field first. Saurashtra opener Jayu Jadeja got dismissed after scoring 10. Captain B Shastri soon joined her. A disciplined bowling from Goa bowlers didn't allow Saurashtra batters at the crease for a long time and ended their innings within 91.

In reply, Goa openers Tejashwini and Purvaja added 21 runs before getting dismissed back to back. Later Sunanda (32) and Sanjula Naik (34) added the rest of the runs and reached the target with 17.1 overs to spare.

Goa 92/2 (S Naik 34, N Chavda 1/20) beat Saurashtra 91/10 (N Chavda 20, Sonali 2/5) by 8 wickets.

Maharashtra vs Haryana

Maharashtra elected to ba first after winning the toss. Their decision became fruitful as the openers MR Magre and Tejal Hasabnis got off a flying start. Both added 212 runs before the former got dismissed after scoring 70 off 104 with 7 fours. Tejal Hasabnis scored a quickfire 148 off 131 with 23 fours before got out in the 43rd over. Captain Anuja Patil scored a 42-ball 47 and SR Mane scored 37 off 24 and put up a huge total of 311.

Chasing 312, Bhawna Ohlan and Shafali Verma got off a good start. Both added 53 runs before Verma went to the pavilion due to obstructing the field. Captain Mansi Joshi was next to follow her. MD Sonawane scalped 6 wickets in her 8.5 overs spell; Haryana soon reduced to 128/10 from 101/3 and they won the match convincingly.

Maharashtra 311/2 (T Hasabnis 148, S Verma 1/38) beat Haryana 128/10 (S Verma 42, M Sonawane 6/23) by 183 runs.

Andhra vs Vidarbha

Vidarbha chose to field first. Andhra opener C H Jhansi Lakshmi went for a duck. Captain N Anusha scored 45 off 70 before KR Zanzad picked up her wicket. S Hima Bindu (21), E Padmaja (39) and G Lekha (18) tried to build the partnership but Zanzad and Kohale's 4-wicket each dismantled their batting line up and ended up scoring 152.

While chasing 153, Vidarbha openers added 31 runs. BS Fulmali scored 77 off 83 with 6 fours and 5 sixes but her effort went in vain as the other batters were unable to provide support to her. Their innings ended within 135 on board.

Andhra 152/10 (N Anusha 45, K Zanzad 4/25) beat Vidarbha 135/10 (B Fulmali 77, G Lekha 3/15) by 17 runs.

Karnataka vs Gujarat

Karnataka elected to field first after winning the toss. Gujarat openers Simran (34) and Renuka (38) added 54 runs Prathyusha handed over the first breakthrough. IM Patel was next to join her in the dugout. Chandu V scalped 3 wickets while Prathyusha picked 2 and restricted them within 168 on board.

Chasing 169, Karnataka lost their opener G Divya very cheaply. Captain Rakshita scored 74 off 121, Vanitha scored 25 and Prathyusha scored 25. Their steady partnership helped Karnataka to win the match with 2.1 overs to spare.

Karnataka 169/6 (Rakshita 74, Sarvi 3/19) beat Gujarat 168/8 (R Chaudhari 38, Chandu V 3/24) by 4 wickets.

Baroda vs Tripura

Baroda chose to bat first while the openers added 40 runs before getting dismissed. Tarannum Pathan and Hrutu Patel both scored 33 and put up a competitive total of 190 on board. S Sinha picked up 3 wickets while P Acharjee bagged 2, A Das and M dey scalped 1 each for Tripura.

In reply, Tripura got off a shaky start. Opener Indra Rani Jamatia fell for 10. Another opener Mouchaity Debnath too got dismissed after scoring 24. R Saha tried to steady the ship but didn't get the support from others. She scored 52 off 116 but her effort went in vain as they were bowled out for 133.

Baroda 190/10 (H Patel 33, S Sinha 3/31) beat Tripura 133/9 (R Saha 52, G Naik 3/19) by 57 runs.

Delhi vs Tamil Nadu

Put into bat, Delhi opener Priya Punia smashed a 154-ball 143 with 19 fours. Along with her, Ayushi Soni scored 34 and captain Reema Malhotra scored a quickfire 51 off 30 and Delhi ended up scoring 261 on board after 50 overs.

Chasing the huge total, Tamil Nadu got off a steady start. Openers Hemalatha Dayalan and captain MD Thirushkamini added 49 runs. Other batters couldn't do much as fall of wickets at regular interval ended their innings within 143.

Delhi 261/4 (P Punia 143, S Keerthana 3/31) beat Tamil Nadu 143/8 (D Hemalatha 30, B Negi 3/22) by 118 runs.

Elite Group C

Jharkhand vs J & K

Having chosen to bat first, Jharkhand got off a steady start. Opener Ritu got out for 22 while another opener Priyanka got dismissed after scoring 27. Durga Murmu, along with captain Kavita built a strong partnership of 110 runs before Murmu fell for 80 off 104. Kavita scored an unbeaten 61 and Reena's quickfire 45 off 34 helped them to put up 253 on board.

J&K; got off a very slow start where they managed to score only 24 in 17 overs. Opener Anju Devi fell for 16. Rubia Syed soon joined her after scoring 14. Bushra and Sarla tried to steady the ship and both added 39 runs. Meenu scored 36 off 72 but her effort was not enough to reach the target as their innings ended up within 121.

Jharkhand 253/4 (D Murmu 80, B Hassan 2/41) beat J&K; 121/8 (M Salathia 36, Arti 3/30) by 132 runs.

Uttar Pradesh vs Assam

Having chosen to bat first, Uttar Pradesh lost Ekta within 6 overs. Muskan Malik and Shobha Devi made 53-run partnership before the latter fell for 15. Malik again tried to steady the ship with captain Aditi and both added 106 runs. Malik got out after scoring a steady 98 off 132 with 10 fours. Aditi scored an unbeaten 67 off 88 and they end up scoring 227 after 50 overs.

While chasing, Assam lost Genevie Pando for 1. Tanu Kala's 4 wickets haul and Rashi Kanojia bagged 3 wickets and their fiery spell dismantled batters. Anita Lodhi top-scored 42while they were bowled out for 125.

Uttar Pradesh 227/4 (M Malik 98, S Rai 2/43) beat Assam 125/10 (A Lodhi 42, T Kala 4/20) by 102 runs.

Hyderabad vs Team Rajasthan

Hyderabad chose to bat first. Their decision became fruitful as the opener G Trisha scored 52 off 84. Mamtha Kanojia scored 109-ball 88, Vanka Pooja and captain S Naidu scored 25 and 20 respectively and put up 207 on board after the allotted overs.

Chasing 208, Team Rajasthan got the big blow while opener SR Jat got out after scoring 17. Another opener A Garg scored 61 off 128. Apart from her, S Meena scored 32. G Trisha's five for didn't allow batters to stay at the crease and ended their innings within 129.

Hyderabad 207/5 (M Kanojia 88, A Garg 2/25) beat Team Rajasthan 129/10 (A Garg 61, G Trisha 5/17) by 78 runs.

Round II, Plate Group

Team Uttarakhand vs Bihar

Bihar won the toss and chose to bat. Their decision became backfired when both the openers B Kumari and Anamika got dismissed for 0 after playing 30 and 17 balls respectively. Captain Syed Fatma, along with Amisha Ansu tried to steady the ship, scored 37 and 16 respectively and put up 75 before they were bowled out.

Chasing 76, Team Uttarakhand started well. Openers Madhwal and Megha Saini added 50 runs before getting dismissed. Kanchan Parihar and Preeti Bhandari added the rest of the runs and they reached the target within 23.4 overs.

Team Uttarakhand 77/2 (Madhwal 25, Shraddha 2/22) beat Bihar 75/10 (S Fatma 37, Madhwal 3/15) by 8 wickets.

Meghalaya vs Cricket Association of Mizoram

Cricket Association of Mizoram won the toss and chose to bat first. Yesterday's star batter, as well as captain Sandhya Kumari, lost her wicket in the third over. She was the top scorer (3) as Meghalaya's Vandana Mahajan picked up 8 wickets by giving only 4 runs in her 7 overs and restricted Mizoram within 11 runs.

Chasing mere 12 runs, Meghalaya took 3 overs to reach the target. Opener Saee Purandare top scored 12 off 13.

Meghalaya 14/0 (S Purandare 12) beat Cricket Association of Mizoram 11/10 (S Kumari 3, V Mahajan 8/4) by 10 wickets.

Manipur vs Sikkim

Manipur chose to bat first but lost both the openers Chingkhei M and Loidangton Th on a duck in the consecutive overs. Captain Ganga made a solid partnership of 133 runs with Ranita. Ganga scored 113 off 165 and helped her team to put up 233 runs.

Chasing 234, Sikkim's opener Sunita Rai fell for 21. Tshering, along with Ananya Upendran tried to build the partnership and scored 22 and 27 respectively. Archana scored an 88-ball 87 with 12 fours but didn't get any support from other batters. Milan bagged 4 wickets and restricted them within 180.

Manipur 233/5 (Ganga 133, P Acharya 3/30) beat Sikkim 180/7 (Archana 87, Milan Y 4/33) by 53 runs.
