Suzie Bates, Megan Schutt, Sophie Devine, Katie Mack and Alex Price will try out the BOUNCE setup before it opens to the public on the weekend for three WBBL games in Adelaide.

Father Christmas will headline the off-field entertainment on Saturday as he heads to Karen Rolton Oval following the Christmas Pageant, while face-painting, giveaways and plenty of food and drink options will feature on both days.

The Strikers have named a 14-player squad for this weekend, with the group differing slightly between the two days.

Uncapped quick Ellie Falconer will be included in the 13 for Saturday’s match, while teenager Darcie Brown will replace Falconer in the squad on Sunday.

On Saturday, Adelaide will take on the Perth Scorchers, while on Sunday, the Scorchers will play the Sydney Thunder in the morning, before the Strikers play the Melbourne Stars in the afternoon.

The Strikers returned from Mackay this week after one win and one loss against the Brisbane Heat.

Both Bates and Devine found form with the bat compiling half-centuries, while Bridget Patterson posted her first 50 of WBBL|05, striking an unbeaten 57 from 43 balls in the side's win on Saturday.

Schutt, Devine and Sarah Coyte have seven wickets each so far, sitting fourth, fifth and sixth respectively overall for most scalps, while Devine also sits inside the top five run-scorers for WBBL|05.

The Strikers have four wins and two losses ahead of Saturday’s match and are currently sitting in second place on the ladder.

Both Strikers matches this weekend begin at 1:40pm and can be viewed live on Channel 7 and Fox Cricket. Entry to all matches in South Australia is free.
