Scotland's Bryce sisters, Sarah and Kathryn, were the two players who gained the most in the updated ICC Women's T20I rankings. Sarah moved to number 14 and Kathryn leapfrogged to number 21 in the batters list on Tuesday (September 10).

The siblings had a good run with the bat in the recently-concluded ICC Women's T20 Qualifier held in Scotland. Kathryn and Sarah amassed 168 and 121 runs, respectively, in five innings to help Scotland finish fifth in the points table. They were the only shining light for their team in an otherwise forgettable tournament.

Sarah jumped five positions to break into the top 15 of the rankings, with 605 points, while Kathryn made a huge leap of 16 positions, thanks to her innings of 73 off just 50 balls against the Netherlands in a fifth-place playoff. Kathryn currently sits in the 17th position in the allrounders list.

Another player from Scotland who had a decent outing with the ball and gained in the rankings is the 14-year old off-spinner Katherine Fraser. She claimed six wickets in the tournament and also chipped in with useful runs to break into the 99th spot in the allrounders list.

Suzie Bates took the honors of being the number one in the batters list followed closely by Meg Lanning and Stafanie Taylor who are placed second and third, respectively.

Thailand made the noises after qualifying for the next year's T20 World Cup in Australia. Naturally, their players climbed up the ladder and the ones to gain the most were Sornnarin Tippoch and Suleeporn Laomi in the bowling department. The former moved to the 20th place while the latter moved to 30th. Among the batters, Naruemol Chaiwai was the biggest gainer as she moved three places to be 28th on the charts.

Megan Schutt remains the number one among bowlers followed by Shabnim Ismail and Poonam Yadav. Bangladesh's Salma Khatun and Nahida Akter moved to the 13th and 15th positions after their dominating performance against Thailand in the final of the Qualifier.

Ellyse Perry sits pretty in the top for the allrounders list followed by Taylor and Sophie Devine.

Ireland who finished third in the Qualifier have two players in the allrounders list - Kim Garth at 12 and Eimear Richardson in the 29th position.
